OUR MOST ASKED!

We offer a 14 day return policy for items purchased from our website. The product & packaging must be in new condition and the item/s CAN'T BE USED . If a product is missing, box is damaged or it's not in a restock-able condition we cannot provide a refund. Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges. Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order. Please keep in mind we do not have a satisfaction guarantee with any of our items.

You will need approval prior to posting your item/s back, please email contctblobrush@gmail.com before proceeding with any returns. You will be responsible for any postage fees involved, we also do not cover or refund shipping costs.

Once inspected and the refund has been approved, a full refund of the product/s will be returned to the original payment method used.

If you have purchased a Blo Brush product from a retailer you will need to contact the retailer directly for their returns policy. Your purchase will not be covered in our 14 Day return policy.

We do ship the next buisness day (sometimes same day!), so make sure you email us straight away! contactblobrush@gmail.com.

If you're order has already been dispacthed we unfortanley can not cancel your order, you will have to follow our returns policy.

We currently ship within Australia & New Zealand. Please note, due to Covid-19 there are some delays. Please be patient as we do our very best to get your order out to you! 

Australia - 3-10 Day Shipping or Express 2 Day Shipping*

New Zealand - 5-10 Day Shipping 

Here’s how it works: You order, we process, then we ship. Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Shipping takes between 3 and 10 days*.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

We offer a 14 day return policy for items purchased from our website. simply return the items within 14 days from the date of delivery and we'll refund you. The product & packaging must be in new condition. If a product is missing, box is damaged or not in restock-able condition we cannot provide a refund. Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges. Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order, 

All you have to do is arrange for the products to be shipped back (at your cost) and you'll receive your refund. We do not cover or refund shipping costs.

Once inspected, a full refund of the product/s will be returned to your account within 14 days.

Please allow up to 14 days for your returned funds to be available in your bank account. Refunds will only be processed once your return is inspected.

All funds are returned back into your original payment method.

Unfortunately we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee. 

However we do have a 14 day return policy (product can not be used) and a 1 year manufactures warranty.

All BLO BRUSH's electrical hair appliances come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty*


Of course every Blo Brush hair tool is created to the highest standards and rigorously checked before it is sent off. But if, for any reason you feel your Blo Brush hair tool is not performing as it should be and would like to submit a warranty claim, we’ll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible

All warranty claims return postage must be arranged at your own expense. We will then asses the product and if it is due to manufacturing issues, you will receive a full refund of the postage costs and a replacement product will be issued. If no manufacturing fault is to be found, you will be responsible for the return postage fees if you wish to have the item returned. Items at our office will not be held longer than 2 weeks 

This can take anywhere up to 2 weeks, we try our best to speed this process up for you!

*Our manufacturer warranty is also known as a factory warranty. It only covers parts and systems that break down due to flaws or defects in factory-installed parts.

The Lux range are slightly slimmer, but they are all around the same size!

The Blo Brush is super leight weight, goodbye sore arms! Each brush weighs around 600grams.

The Blo Brush is suitable for fine / thin hair.

If you want extra volume use it in an upwards direction from the roots.

Yes! You can use on any method of hair extensions.

For best results we recommend damp - partiually dried hair prior to use!

The Blo Brush can be used on wet, dry or damp hair!

We always recommend towel drying your hair prior to use.

The Blo Brush was designed to help protect and care for your heat damaged hair. Making it a healthier alternative to your regular hairdryer and straightener. Utilising even distribution of heating and a salon-tested Tourmaline Technology made to protect your hair during styling, we still do recommend using a heat protectant prior to use.

The Blo Brush genertaes heat, so please do not leave on hair for a prolonged amount of time as this can cause heat damage.

Of course! Blo Brush works on all hair types.

Blo Brush isn't designed for professional use.

No, You can not use a power converter. All Brushes have an AU power plug and only suits AU voltage.

YES!

Regular cleaning of excess hair around the brush head / bristles as this can cause the air to get trapped inside the tool. This can also cause the hair to burn over time.

Always remove hair when the brush is not connected to power and has cooled down.

You also need to always check the air inlet / filter at the very base of your brush, this can accumulate excess dust and block the entry for air flow. This can never be blocked whilst in use as this will cause irreversible damage to your brush. 

We recommend using a cotton tip to remove excess dust.
