SHIPPING POLICY

Australian orders:

  • All order are dispatched from the Gold Coast, Queensland
  • Order are dispatched Monday - Friday , excluding public holidays in QLD
  • Once your order has been placed it will be shipped on the next business day
  • We offer standard and express shipping via - Australia Post
  • All shipping is fully trackable and takes between 1 and 10* business days. Signature on delivery is required for extra security.

  • If address is incorrectly entered we are not liable for any additional postage fees incurred. 

 

International / Worldwide Orders:

  • We are happy to finally announce we are now offering WORLDWIDE shipping.
  • All international orders are sent via DHL EXPRESS, with tracking and signature.
  • Please note, we can not post our Blo-out brushes internationally as the voltage is only suitable for AU and NZ.

   

WARRANTY POLICY

All BLO BRUSH electrical hair appliances come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty*


Of course every Blo Brush electrical hair appliance  is created to the highest standards and rigorously checked before it is sent off. But if, for any reason you feel your Blo Brush electrical hair appliance is not performing as it should be and would like to submit a warranty claim, we’ll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible

All warranty claims return postage must be arranged at your own expense. We will then asses the product and if it is due to manufacturing issues, you will receive a full refund of the postage costs and a replacement product will be issued. If no manufacturing fault is to be found, you will be responsible for the return postage fees if you wish to have the item returned. Items at our office will not be held longer than 2 weeks 

This can take anywhere up to 2 weeks, we try our best to speed this process up for you!
