IS THERE A WARRANTY?
All BLO BRUSH's come with a 6 month manufacturers warranty*
Of course every Blo Brush product is created to the highest standards and rigorously checked before it is sent off. But if, for any reason you feel your Blo Brush product is not performing as it should be and would like to submit a warranty claim, we’ll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible

What is the fault with the product? (provide photo and/or video evidence):
If fault can not be seen by video / photo evidence, postage must be arranged at your own expense. We will then asses the product and if it is due to manufacturing issues, you will receive a full refund of the postage costs and a replacement product will be issued. This can take anywhere up to 2 weeks, we try our best to speed this process up for you!
*Our manufacturer warranty is also known as a factory warranty. It only covers parts and systems that break down due to flaws or defects in factory-installed parts.
